During my internship, I worked alongside my supervisor to restructure and enhance Matthews Construction Co.’s website. Our goal was to create a cleaner, more user-friendly experience that reflected the company’s professionalism while making key information more accessible to clients, partners, and potential hires.

I assisted in organizing page layouts, simplifying navigation, and rewriting portions of the site content for clarity and tone. This included highlighting project work, updating staff information, and streamlining the careers section to support future recruitment efforts. These updates not only improved the website's overall visual appeal but also strengthened its ability to communicate the company’s brand, capabilities, and values more effectively.

The construction industry, especially for general contractors, is all about connection. Creating an accesible place for subcontractors, potential employees, and potential clients to reach the team is essential for project success.
