Crisis Communication
In my role at Matthews Construction Co., I assisted with crisis communication efforts related to weather delays, site closures, and unexpected incidents such as equipment damage. In the construction industry, timeliness is critical—any disruption can affect schedules, budgets, and safety. I helped craft clear, timely messages to ensure subcontractors and team members were informed of changes as they happened. Whether drafting email alerts, internal notices, or on-site signage, I learned how essential accurate and immediate communication is to keeping operations running smoothly.
